Who is Noshirt?

Noshirt (Noshirt B.V.), has its Registered Office Address at Weltevreden 2a, De Bilt 3731 AL, the Netherlands, and registered in the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 59619287. Noshirt is accountable for the processing of your personal data.

We collect data

To be able to offer customers our products and services, it is necessary for us to request and register the personal information of our customers. We collect and process the following data for a number of objectives:

• Setting up a personal account and placing orders. We process your first name and surname, email address, gender, date of birth (not compulsory) and password to set up a personal account. When you start using your account, by placing an order, we will ask for additional personal information to ensure we can deliver your order. The data we process at this stage includes your billing and postal address, details of your order, dates, order numbers and an overview of your payments. In some cases we receive your data from others; when someone sends an item ordered directly to you, we will receive your name and address information.
• Sending our newsletter. When you give us permission, we will send you our newsletters with Noshirt updates and promotions. You can always unsubscribe from these newsletters by selecting the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the newsletter, or by sending an email to service@noshirt.com.
• Contact via our Customer Service department. You can call our Customer Service department on workdays between 09:00 and 17:00 (CET). You can also email us, chat or send us a message via social media such as Facebook. We store this information so that we can help you faster next time.
• To improve our services and your customer experience. We can use your information about how you use our products and services to improve your customer experience and help fix technical problems. We also use data about how our customers use our website and services to develop insights into customers’ preferences. For example, identifying obstacles in our website and solving these, so that you can easily find what you’re looking for.

We adhere to legal principles in the processing of your personal information. We process your personal data in order to honour a sales agreement that we completed with you, our customer. We keep your personal data as long as is necessary to fulfill the objectives as outlined above.

Protection and supervision

Noshirt takes safety measures to protect the information that we receive via our website. The information is entered and saved in our secure databases, which are only accessible to Noshirt employees and service providers who process data for Noshirt. These service providers support us, for instance, by sending out our newsletters, managing our website and promoting our brand and products. We have contracts in place with all service providers who process personal data for us in which they are bound to take technological and organisational measures to protect your personal data.
